Nationwide stopped renewing its Whole Pet plan in Arizona: according to a letter described by AZFamily in November 2025, the plan will no longer be offered in Arizona, and the owner said the only replacement offered would exclude her dog's pre-existing conditions. In a court filing in a class action over the non-renewals, Nationwide said its contracts provided coverage only for one-year terms. Arizona does not require pet filings, and no current Nationwide pet filing appears in Arizona's SERFF records, so no price, waiting periods or coverage flags are shown.
